In this role, you’ll improveacquisition-channelexperiences to increaseapprovals and conversion, while balancing risk and regulatory expectations.Job SummaryAs aSmall Business Card Acquisition & Originations Product ManagerinSmall Business Card Originations, you will collaborate with key partners to build into ouracquisition channelsto drive increased approvals by streamlining originations and removing friction inapplication decisioning. You’ll partner acrossAcquisition/Marketing, product, risk, operations, technology, and legal/compliance to deliver measurable improvements inconversion, approval rate, and speed-to-decision.Job ResponsibilitiesOwn the roadmap to improveacquisition-channel originations and decisioningoutcomes, includingapproval rate, conversion, and speed-to-decisionIdentify and remove friction across the application journey (data capture, verification, decisioning, and handoffs), partnering with teams to implement changesPartner withAcquisition/Marketing and channel ownersto translate acquisition strategy into enhancements to support originationsCoordinate delivery with technology and product teams, defining requirements and ensuring releases are executed effectivelyUse data andfunnel analyticsto diagnose fallout drivers, quantify opportunities, and track performance over timeEstablish clear governance and operating cadence to align priorities, manage dependencies, and resolve risks/issuesPartner with Risk, Legal, and Compliance to ensure changes meet policy, regulatory, and control expectationsCommunicate roadmaps, tradeoffs, and results to stakeholders and senior leaders with clarity and accountabilityRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills5+ years of experience in lending/card product, originations,acquisition-channel optimization, decisioning, or closely related rolesProven ability to improveacquisition funnel performance(e.g., application conversion, approval rate, speed-to-decision,auto-decision rate)Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management in a matrixed environmentExperience prioritizing competing workstreams and delivering results in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated ability to translate business goals into clear requirements and drive execution with technology and operations partnersStrong analytical skills and comfort using data to identify issues, size opportunities, and measure outcomesExperience working in an Agile environmentWorking knowledge of governance and controls in regulated environments; able to balance growth with risk requirementsIntermediate to advanced JIRA Align skillsPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsExperience withdigital or retail card application processesSmall business credit card or Offer strategy experienceBachelor’s degreeAdditional informationApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
