This position plays a key role in supporting decision-making processes by identifying data issues, enabling timely defect resolution, and collaborating with Agile teams to maintain data integrity across various platforms.Responsibilities:Analyze large datasets to identify trends, issues, and insightsDevelop and execute complex SQL queries for data validation and reconciliationCreate test plans, test cases, and scenarios for data and report testingPerform data validation, ETL and data pipeline testing, and source-to-target mapping verificationTest dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or TableauIdentify, document, and track defects; collaborate with developers for resolutionSupport regression, integration, and user acceptance testing activitiesDocument business requirements, data mappings, and test outcomesParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and standupsCommunicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholdersRequirements:5 to 7 years of experience as a Data Analyst with expertise in data testing or quality assuranceProficiency in SQL including joins, subqueries, CTEs, aggregations, and window functionsExperience with ETL processes and data warehouse testingAbility to write test cases and perform thorough data validation and reconciliationFamiliarity with BI tools such as Power BI or TableauStrong knowledge of data quality principles, data profiling, and data integrityExperience using defect tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOpsExperience working within Agile teamsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related fieldPay Range and Compensation Package:The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
