{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"a7f01d5ef1db2fa72bc63eaf","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/a7f01d5ef1db2fa72bc63eaf","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/a7f01d5ef1db2fa72bc63eaf","title":"RCM Analyst, Journeyman","description":"Job Summary:\nDevelop and execute Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analyses for Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) systems in accordance with NAVSEA RCM methodology and identify maintenance requirements for the approval and development of Maintenance Procedure Cards (MPCs).\nEssential Duties:\nConduct Classic RCM and Backfit RCM per NAVSEA certification standards for Hull, Mechanical & Electrical (HM&E) and Electronics (ELEX) systems\nSupport Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) decisions\nDevelop MPCs for approved OPC systems\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Systems preferred) OR six years directly relevant equivalent experience\nExperience:\nMinimum of 5 years’ experience in RCM analysis for naval/maritime systems\nKnowledge, Skill and Abilities:\nProficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\nFamiliarity with USCG maintenance policies and procedures\nAbility to work collaboratively with the Government client and project team functional areas in support of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities\nAbility to obtain security clearance, as required by contract\nConduct logistics analysis in accordance with contract requirements\nAnalyze maintenance tasks and requirements\nSupport RCM assessments\nEngage with OEMs and Shipbuilder on technical data and logistics support requirements\n\nRequired Certifications:\nNAVSEA Classic RCM Certification (Level II)\nNAVSEA Backfit RCM Certification (Level I)\n\nSalary: The projected salary range for this position is $75,000-90,00 and is based on experience and contractual requirements.
