Family Wealth Advisor / Portfolio Manager

A boutique multi-family office with over 20 years of experience providing high-touch, comprehensive wealth management services to high-net-worth families is seeking a Family Wealth Advisor / Portfolio Manager (FWA/PM) to join their growing team. Operating under a fiduciary model, the firm offers integrated advice across investments, estate planning, tax, insurance, and private banking.The FWA/PM will manage a book of fiduciary and investment management accounts for high-net-worth clients and multi-generational families. Key responsibilities include overseeing the administration and development of complex trust and investment accounts, as well as collaborating with internal teams to provide education to clients, colleagues, and Centers of Influence.Responsibilities:Provide fiduciary administration support, including the review and interpretation of trust instruments, participation in discretionary decision-making, risk management, and conducting periodic family wealth reviewsEngage directly with clients and prospects to develop and implement wealth strategies aligned with their individual goals, while delivering high-quality, personalized client experienceEnsure adherence to all regulatory and legal requirements related to client accounts, portfolios, and fiduciary responsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities by deepening existing client relationships and cultivating prospective clientsRequirements:Bachelor's degree, required5+ years of experience in trust administration and estate planningHigh level of sophistication and insight into the needs and concerns of high-net-worth clientsExceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and their advisorsThe starting base salary for this role ranges from $130,000 to $175,000, depending on your experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors - with flexibility for exceptional candidates. In addition, there's an annual bonus potential anticipated at 15%-30%, plus a 401(k) match and generous PTO.
