Our founding team brings over 35 years of experience from Brex, Twitter, Coinbase, and Google.\nWe are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team in San Francisco.\nRole Overview\nAs our founding member of our engineering team, you will report to the CTO and lead the charge in ensuring the product's reliability and scalability using our Python codebase. You will have the opportunity to own challenging technical problems and help build the future of AI. This is an in-person role based in our San Francisco office.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop Python services, APIs, and webhook functionality to enable agent management, orchestration, benchmarking, integrations with third parties\nOwn the architecture and development of our web-based product - the customer's interface with our AI agents\nBuild internal tools to evaluate agents and enable automated judgment\nIncorporate enterprise-grade security and reliability into our backend platform\nBuild integration and product infrastructure for LLMs to be leveraged for AI Agents\nCollaborate with frontend engineers to ensure a cohesive product experience\nRequirements\nExpert knowledge of Python, React.js, microservices, and API design\nExtensive experience writing production-level code\nComfortable working in a fast-paced early-stage startup environment\nStrong communication and collaboration skills\nBenefits\nCompetitive salary and stock options\nRelocation stipend to move to San Francisco\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\nRegular team-building activities\nFast-paced learning environment\nOpportunity to shape the product and culture of a fast-growing startup\nParcha is an equal opportunity employer.
