This role is responsible for the end-to-end execution of these programs, serving as a key point of contact for the workforce, ensuring compliance with all agency and regulatory guidance, and providing data-driven updates and recommendations to leadership.\nWork will be performed at the customer site in Springfield, VA.\nThe hiring of this position is contingent upon contract award. Anticipated award is fall of 2026.\n\nDuties May Include:\nDevelop and maintain the directorate's physical space implementation plan, monitoring vacacies and optimizing seating arrangements.\nProvide assignments management support.\nAssist with processing of civilian external and internal vacancy announcements.\nAssist with processing of civilian position changes, managing external applications and coordinating with customer recruiting, hiring managers, relocation team, and applicants to support the external hiring process for customer employees.\nReceiving and acting on guidance and direction from the career component team members to accomplish general and routine office requirements.\nAssist with developing Standard Operation Procedures, guides and other career field products in accordance with customer style HR materials.\nProvide Records Management support.\nUse customer systems to accomplish personnel actions that support career field activities.\nAssist with planning and integrating career field processes and strategies for career field operations.\nAssist with managing and monitoring the evaluation cycles of various career development activities.\nAssist in coordination and planning of career field events.\nParticipate in meetings and draft meeting summaries/minutes.\nUse functions of Microsoft Office and SharePoint daily\nQualifications\nRequired Skills:\nActive TS/SCI is required\nWilling and able to obtain a Polygraph\nEducation: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.\nExperience: A minimum of 5-7 years demonstrated experience managing or\ncoordinating multiple programs in a fluid, changing environment. In lieu of a degree 7-10+ years.\nStrong knowledge of and experience applying federal workforce regulations, including performance management principles (e.g., DCIPS).\nExperience as an instructor or facilitator with strong oral and written communication skills.\nProficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data sorting and report generation.\nExperience reviewing and editing official documents or intelligence reports, with a strong understanding of analytic tradecraft standards (ICD 203, 206).\nDemonstrated experience collaborating with and providing support to diverse audiences, including employees with disabilities.\n\nDesired Skills:\n\nAt least 24 months of experience planning and implementing programs and resolving issues requiring cross-organizational coordination.\nDemonstrated experience using travel and deployment systems (MET, DTS, SPOT, APACS).\nSpecific experience with PeopleSoft and the DCIPS Performance Management system.\nExperience developing data visualizations or dashboards using tools like Tableau.\n\nTarget salary range: $80,001 - $120,000.
