In the role of Program Manager (PM), you are responsible for and have the authority to lead and manage Lucix space program(s) and the assigned program personnel. Lucix uses an integrated program team (IPT) process, where program personnel are assigned from functional departments (engineering, operations, quality, finance) to ensure a comprehensive and efficient program performance leveraging the entire team to achieve outstanding performance.
