Maintenance Lead

Maintenance Lead - Washington, DC Full-Time / On-Site / HH Red Stone About the Role: We are hiring a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Lead to support property operations at our Washington, DC location. This role is responsible for routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and excellent service to our residents. Key Responsibilities:Complete daily work orders, repairs, and service requests in a timely mannerAssist with apartment turnovers and make-ready tasksPerform maintenance in plumbing, electrical, HVAC (if certified), carpentry, and general building systemsConduct property inspections and support preventative maintenance programsRespond to emergency maintenance calls (on-call rotation required)Maintain tools, equipment, and supply inventory What You Bring:3-5 years of maintenance or trade experience in a residential or commercial settingGeneral knowledge of building systems and repair workHVAC certification a plus but not requiredReliable, detail-oriented, and team-focusedAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks Compensation & Benefits:Competitive pay depending on experience and certificationsCompensation: $58,000/yearFull benefits package: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k)PTO, holidays, and career development support About HH Red Stone We are a fast-growing property management firm committed to delivering top-tier service and building strong teams.
