This is an onsite position.\n\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\n\nReview performance specification/performance requirements to identify test parameters necessary to establish digital and RF Radar subsystems test capability\n\nLead/mentor team members in RF testing and development projects.\n\nWork alongside government engineers in designing automated RF test systems.\n\nWrite technical papers and develop Technical Data Packages (TDP).\n\nAssist in estimating the time and cost of engineering projects\n\nDesign multi-functional test stations capable of energizing and testing, electrical factors, digital controls, and RF parameters\n\nUse software interface, automate test station to collect design specification data\n\nDocument testing process to ensure sustainability and compliance\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n3+ years professional experience in engineering.\n\nBachelor’s level degree in any engineering discipline.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nExperience supporting RF and Digital devices\n\nExperience supporting WXS (Airborne Electronic Attack Systems Division)\n\nClearance Requirements:\n\nMust hold an active Secret clearance\n\nPhysical Requirements:\n\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.\n\nOccasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co‑workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and/or virtual communication which may involve delivering presentations.\n\nEEO Statement\nMANTECH considers all qualified applicants for employment without regard to disability or veteran status or any other status protected under any federal, state, or local law or regulation.
