The Shuttle Driver - TransportationThe Shuttle Driver at The Breakers is responsible for transporting team members and guests to and from assigned destinations on Palm Beach Island using a company vehicle. The ideal candidate will deliver a positive and engaging experience in a personable manner. This role involves ensuring the security and proper maintenance of vehicles, clear communication with passengers, adherence to quality assurance standards, and demonstrating genuine appreciation towards guests and team members.Candidates must be able to work one of the following shifts: 6:00AM until 2:30PM or 4:00PM until 12:30AM, including weekends and holidays.Qualifications:Active CDL License, Florida Driver's License, and Passenger Endorsement requiredExcellent communication skillsStrong customer service orientationAbility to maintain vehicles in good conditionAttention to detail and professionalismResponsibilities:Transport team members and guests safely to The Breakers propertiesMaintain cleanliness and organization of the company vehicleCommunicate clearly and effectively with passengersAdhere to quality assurance expectations and standardsDemonstrate genuine appreciation and acknowledgment towards guests and team membersFollow any additional job duties assigned by the Supervisor
