Asset Manager - Electrical Infrastructure and Equipment

The OpportunityInCharge Energy is in search of a highly organized and strategic Asset Manager, Electrical Infrastructure and Equipment who will play a central role in overseeing the full lifecycle of Electrical Infrastructure and Equipment assets in Salesforce and related business systems. This role is responsible for ensuring assets, warranties, subscriptions, and performance data are accurately maintained from onboarding through retirement, while driving process consistency, reporting visibility, and cross-functional alignment. Success in this position requires strong operational judgment, the ability to prioritize across multiple workstreams, and the ability to build effective partnerships with internal teams, customers, and service providers to ensure optimal performance and care for our Electrical Infrastructure and Equipment.What You’ll DoOversee the end-to-end lifecycle of Electrical Infrastructure and Equipment assets, including onboarding, commissioning, assignment, maintenance tracking, subscription management, warranty administration, and decommissioningMaintain accurate and complete asset records in Salesforce and related systems to support operational visibility, customer requirements, and financial accountabilityDevelop, manage, and continuously improve asset management processes, controls, and standard operating proceduresPartner cross-functionally with Order Fulfillment, Service, Customer Support, Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure asset data accuracy and timely issue resolutionMonitor asset performance, utilization, warranty coverage, and subscription status to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunitiesSupervise your assigned functional team, monitor their performance, and support individuals as required to execute their functionPerform regular asset audits and reconcile records across systems to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracyCreate and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insight into asset status, performance trends, and lifecycle milestonesSupport forecasting, planning, and decision-making by providing accurate asset reporting and operational analysisCoordinate asset-related activities tied to customer deployments, site readiness, equipment assignments, and project closeout requirementsDrive timely communication to stakeholders regarding asset readiness, registration status, lifecycle changes, and operational issuesCollaborate with management to identify scalable process improvements that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and asset reliabilitySupport onboarding and training efforts for internal users and customers as they relate to asset records, systems, and lifecycle workflowsEscalate systemic issues, process breakdowns, or asset-related risks to leadership with clear recommendations for resolutionYour Experience and CapabilitiesBachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred, but not required3+ years of experience in asset management, operations, order management, service coordination, or a related function in a high-volume environmentExperience managing asset lifecycle data, subscriptions, warranties, or service records across multiple systemsStrong experience with Salesforce or similar platforms used for asset tracking, customer records, service operations, or reportingDemonstrated ability to build reports, analyze trends, and translate data into operational insights and process improvementsExperience in EV, energy, solar, battery, infrastructure, or other asset-intensive industries preferredStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel proficiency preferredProven ability to manage multiple priorities, work cross-functionally, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail, follow-through, and ownershipStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external stakeholdersComfortable operating in a dynamic, growing business and adapting to changing priorities and processesAnalytical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on process discipline and continuous improvementUS Salary Range: $70,000 USD - $85,000 USDWhat We OfferFull-time employees enjoy competitive compensation and benefits package including 401(k) matching contribution, health, dental, and vision, cell phone reimbursement (for most positions), generous vacation and paid sick leave, office meals and snacks, team building events and activities throughout the year.Equal Opportunity EmployerEmployment at InCharge Energy is based solely upon individual merit and qualifications directly related to professional competence.
