In this role, you will set up the folder, calibrate insert stations with other operator(s); make adjustments of per job materials related to Bell & Howell for efficient, accurate, and high-speed production. Specific duties will also include: Quality Control monitoring of mail pieces for accuracy, ensuring proper insertion, managing, sorting, and tray mailing. As well as, the driving of the company truck for bulk mail deliveries. Operating a variety of print shop equipment including digital printers, cutting, labeling equipment, folding machine, along with the statement mail inserter.\nThe hourly range for this position will depend on experience.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSet up, adjust and operate all Inserter equipment (high speed and swing arm)\nSet up, adjust and operate accumulating folder.\nRead and interpret written job tickets or other job specifications containing product requirements.\nComplete an Inserter checklist for each job. Secure supervisor sign-off of Inserter image before processing job.\nMaintain a working knowledge of postal sorting, traying, sacking, and palletizing mail procedures.\nExamine product frequently to ensure that it meets customer quality specifications.
