Types of procedures required. Care for all age ranges (peds - geriatrics), 4:1 patient ratio, Level 2 Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.)GE cardiac monitors, zoll defibrillators, Epic EMR, Omnicell medication dispensing unit, Required skills and minimum years of experience.3 years preferred, level 2 or 1 experience requiredSpecific licensures and certifications/registrations required. BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, will take ENPC in place of PALSShift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?) Mid shifts and nights, no callFloating to over units/departments. (If so, to which units/departments?)NoBed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept.27Nurse to patient ratio of this unit.
