Our ultimate goal is improving daily functioning and fostering happiness in children’s lives.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Georgia, with remote work flexibility. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and providing direct ABA therapy. Additional responsibilities include monitoring client progress, collaborating with parents to deliver training and education, and ensuring therapeutic goals are met in alignment with evidence-based practices.QualificationsStrong skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management strategiesKnowledgeable in Psychology as it relates to behavior analysis and therapeutic approachesBCBA certification required; licensure specific to GeorgiaDemonstrated ability in creating and implementing individualized behavioral treatment plansCompassionate and effective communication skills for engaging with children and their familiesProficiency in documentation, data analysis, and progress monitoringExperience working with children on the autism spectrum is highly desirableMaster's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
