Our goal is to offer affordable, accessible, and holistic-centered care that empowers individuals to reach their full potential and enhance their quality of life.\n\nJob Summary: You will provide leadership oversight of Medical Services administration and provide clerical support to Medical Leadership, division management, staff and clients, as required and directed.\n\nWhat You Will Do:\nOversees Medical Services administrative department needs.\nGreet and direct clients and visitors\nTyping, record keeping maintenance (i.e. program, client charts), filing, data collection, billing preparation, insurance verifications, processing incoming referrals, report preparation, consumer contact log tracking and reporting, opening and closing/pulling client charts, data entry and storage, and receives, stamps, sorts and routes distributing mail, etc.)\nAssist clients (over the phone and in person) by communicating in a positive, friendly and professional manner.\nServe as an important contact to clients and responds promptly to their needs, track client contacts and maintain pertinent information via consumer logs, as directed.\nSchedule appointment, conduct appointment confirmations/reminder calls to patients, and enter appointment date and time into EHR.\nPerform switchboard duties as required by forwarding calls to the appropriate staff/department, answering questions about Agency, provides directions to Agency, etc.\nPerform monthly safety checklist inspections and enters safety checklist information into the computerized clinical system, as directed.\nEnsure reports or statistics are accurately prepared and sent to the appropriate entity in a timely manner.\nPrepare reports from data collected, when applicable.\nServe as a back-up for front desk staff by performing their job responsibilities in the event of their absence.\nOrder and maintain office supplies, including stationery, office signs and displays.\nTrack check requests and invoices to ensure proper payments with vendors are timely.\nAttend, coordinate, arrange meetings, prepare agenda, reserve and prepare rooms and facilities, and record minutes of meetings.\nTrains new staff on computerized clinical/medical records system, billing entry and general office procedures, as directed\n\nWhat We Need to See:\nHigh School diploma or general education degree (GED) and at least (2) years of administrative experience.
