customer support, technical support, implementation support, dealership operations, software support, or a related customer-facing role.\nMinimum 1 year of API configuration and utilization experience.\nExperience understanding, documenting, and maintaining API interfaces, including REST, webhooks, and related authentication methods.\nExperience testing APIs and integrations using tools such as Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, automated test suites, and logging platforms.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\n\nEducation\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nAssociate's degree, technical certification, or related education preferred.\n\nTechnical Aptitude\n\nExperience working with software systems, APIs, data integrations, or technical configurations.\nIntermediate to advanced Excel skills, including filtering, sorting, and working with data files.\nExperience using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.\nExperience using Salesforce,
