Facilities Coordinator, Plumbing (On-Site)

Coordinates the development of operational initiatives that have a direct impact on stores. Acts as a liaison for business partners to assist in identifying operational opportunities. Partners with business units to ensure company objectives are being met and that timely, consistent and accurate communication is being provided. Continually seeks process improvements both internally and at the store level to improve upon the customer and associate experience. Identifies and implements improvements to communication tools and processes.Oversee plumbing and ice maker trades Prioritize and approve work orders within established budget guidelinesMaintain monthly maintenance budgets, accruals and forecastingCreate and monitor reports to track vendor schedules, work order status and expenseHold vendors accountable to key performance metricsServe as a point of contact for escalated issues for the fieldImprove operational efficiency by creating and evolving best practicesAssist in the preparation of annual budgets and annual capital planningPlan, communicate and implement company initiativesCollaborate with corporate partners to coordinate project plans and timelines Leverage subject matter experts to support key aspects of projectFacilitate project status meetings and update project plans and communicationSupport key stakeholders and field/store teams Escalates issues in a timely fashion to the appropriate project stakeholderDepending on initiative, develop, edit, format communication to the stores to improve store execution and productivity.Audits communication tools to ensure consistency, accuracy and timelinessGathers feedback from corporate and field partners to implement improvementsPartner with both internal and external groups to identify trends and best practicesMonitors established budgets, evaluates processes with the goal to reduce costs while maintaining quality Works with internal partners to evaluate technological improvements to enhance team efficiency.Additional tasks as assignedRequiredBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceExperience using PC and Macintosh environments (software including Microsoft Office, Keynote, iwork, Indesign, email/collaboration systems.)Proven project management skills with ability to multitask without sacrificing detail.Effective prioritization and decision-making skills.Ability to work as a part of a team & interact effectively with othersStrong verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels.PreferredExperience in a retail environmentExperience with scheduling or related software system (Scheduling Only)Special RequirementsOn-call responsibility and flexible schedule as needed to support business operations.
