$120,000.00 per year\nJob description:\nCompany: Quadrant (Real Estate Development and Construction)\nJob Title: Construction Project Manager\nJob Type: New Ground-Up Multi-Family\nKey Responsibilities:\nProject Oversight and Management:\nLead overall planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.\nDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, and scopes to ensure successful project completion.\nOversee project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with company objectives.\nCoordination and Leadership:\nAct as the primary point of contact between ownership, architects, engineers, consultants, and field staff.\nFacilitate regular project meetings with stakeholders to review progress, challenges, and next steps.\nProvide leadership and guidance to ensure effective collaboration across all project participants.\nBudget and Cost Control:\nManage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and review cost reports to keep projects within financial targets.\nApprove invoices, change orders, and subcontractor payments while ensuring accuracy and accountability.\nIdentify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks that could impact profitability.\nQuality Assurance and Risk Management:\nEnsure projects meet quality standards, contractual obligations, and customer expectations.\nAnticipate potential risks or delays and implement proactive solutions.\nConduct regular site visits to verify adherence to plans, specifications, and safety protocols.\nDocumentation and Reporting:\nMaintain detailed project records, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.\nProvide consistent updates and progress reports to executive leadership and ownership.\nEnsure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.\nSafety and Compliance:\nPromote and enforce job site safety practices in accordance with OSHA and company standards.\nEnsure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and project-specific requirements.\nLead safety reviews and foster a culture of accountability across project teams.\nClient and Stakeholder Relations:\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and partners.\nEffectively manage client expectations and deliver projects that meet or exceed satisfaction.\nRepresent the company in a professional manner at all times.\nSkills and Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).\n5+ years of experience managing ground-up construction projects (multi-family experience preferred).\nStrong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and contracts.\nProficiency in project management software (Procore) and Microsoft Office Suite.\nStrong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.\nAbility to solve problems quickly and make decisions under pressure.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to visit active job sites, including exposure to outdoor weather conditions.\nAbility to walk, stand, and move through construction areas as required.\nJob Type: Full-time\nLocation: St. Louis, MO\nBenefits:\n401(k)\n401(k) matching\nHealth insurance\nLife insurance\nPaid time off\nRetirement plan\nSchedule:\nMonday to Friday\nWeekends as needed\nWork Location: In person\nJob Type: Full-time\nPay: $100,000.00 -
