Research efforts may include the use of existing documents, databases, models, architectures and simulations. Candidate must also be able to develop security policy, procedures, guidelines, strategic documentation, and security training. The ideal candidate will have detailed knowledge of roles, missions and functions of Intelligence organizations, and TRADOC. Candidate must be capable of conducting research and drafting executive summaries, presentations, information papers, and decision papers for senior leadership. Incumbent must provide mid to high-level analytical assessment and advice on complex issues, which require extensive knowledge of the subject matter. Candidate must have demonstrated ability to break down complex concepts, generate conclusions from disparate information, and succinctly provide key information to leadership. Incumbent must be able to identify potential business process improvement opportunities to optimize efficiency and data quality. May attend various types of symposia and meetings at the ARSTAF and DOD level. Deliverables produced shall be in a variety of formats in response to a wide range of requirements and delivery schedules.\nRequired:\nMust have active TS/SCI clearance.\nHigh proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nAcademic or professional experience independently performing quantitative and qualitative data analysis using complex data sets.\nDemonstrated briefing and writing skills.
