We strive for transparency in our mission and are committed to professional development and growth of our staff at all levels.\n\nHow are we Different?\n\nSmall caseloads for BCBAs (~7-9 cases)\n\nProvider-focused model\n\n10-20% supervision expectation\n\nCommitment to in-person care\n\nLeadership team comprised of 3 BCBA-D's\n\nCollaborative approach to policy and system development\n\nPosition Overview\nThis posting is for a full-time BCBA clinical supervisor for our outpatient clinic facilities in Charlottesville, VA and Culpeper, VA. BCBA clinical supervisors will provide intensive, data-driven treatment to clients with autism and developmental disabilities within the home, school, and community settings. Analysts will be responsible for providing on-going training and feedback to our RBT level staff, as well as caregivers. They will manage a small caseload of clients with the support of a BCBA-D, allowing for on-going clinic support and professional development. Employees in this role are responsible for conducting adaptive behavior assessments, functional assessments as well as skill assessments to be included in our client’s individual treatment plans with guidance from our skilled doctorate-level staff. Additional requirements are to routinely evaluate program effectiveness, make modifications as needed, as well as establish positive relationships with our providers, caregivers, and outside stakeholders.
