Position SummaryRosco Vision Systems is seeking a motivated Project Manager with 3-5 years' experience in managing projects and exposure to project development in electrical and/or mechanical domains. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery of project milestones, and maintain alignment with customer requirements and organizational goals. Primary ResponsibilitiesManage project development projects from initiation through launch, ensuring scope, schedule, and budge objectives are met. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Monitor progress and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines. Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to define project requirements and deliverables. Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and external supplies. Oversee product lifecycle from concept through production launch. Ensure compliance with design verification and validation processes. Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate to Program Manager's attention. Prepare status reports, presentations, and project documentation. Maintain accurate records in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, ERP systems). Education Requirements and SkillsBachelor's degree in Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years' experience as a Project manager in a technical or engineering environment. Exposure to product development projects involving electrical and/or mechanical components. Strong understanding or product lifecycle management and development processes. Familiarity with mechanical and/or electrical design principles. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, or equivalent). Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile or Waterfall) and tools. Strong organizational, communication (written and verbal), and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Preferred SkillsKnowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards. Familiarity with automotive or industrial product development. Knowledge of quality standards (e.g. ISO, VA, APQP).Experience working with suppliers and manufacturing partners. Exposure to risk management techniques. Physical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 20 pounds at a time.Must be able access and navigate all areas of the facility. Must be able to quickly traverse manufacturing areas. Must be able to stand, bend, crawl, stretch, lay and squat to maintain equipment.
