They are responsible fororganizational programs and procedures to safeguard employees and surroundingcommunities.\r\nWhatYou'll Do:\r\n\r\n\r\nAssist in managing HSE programs and initiatives to meet regulatory requirements and client needs.\r\n\r\n\r\nEvaluate new and existing programs to assess suitability and the need for changes.\r\n\r\n\r\nSupport the process for monitoring injury, illness, and incident-related performance.\r\n\r\n\r\nAct as a resource to staff and internal customers as subject matter expert.\r\n\r\n\r\nOversee plans, playbooks, and procedures making sure playbooks are current, complete, and effectively implemented.\r\n\r\n\r\nIdentify opportunities to reduce costs while enhancing the quality of services. Respond to customer member concerns regarding HSE matters.\r\n\r\n\r\nEstablish work schedules and delegate tasks to staff members.\r\n\r\n\r\nResolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.\r\n\r\n\r\nMay establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.\r\n\r\n\r\nIt has a direct impact on team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.\r\n\r\n\r\nEnsure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.\r\n\r\n\r\nLead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus.\r\n\r\n\r\nWhat You'll Need:\r\n\r\n\r\nHigh School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience.\r\n\r\n\r\nPrior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.\r\n\r\n\r\nIn-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.\r\n\r\n\r\nRequires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.\r\n\r\n\r\nExpert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.\r\n\r\n\r\nExcellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset.\r\n\r\n\r\nCBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $85,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $95,000 annually.
