The Construction Quality Inspector assist Project Managers and Foremen with knowledge of what and when inspections are to be made.\n\nStevens offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, along with an excellent benefit package. This is a perfect career opportunity to join an experienced group of professionals that are committed to providing our customers quality project results.\n\nPerforms inspections and completes appropriate inspection forms.\n\nInspections may include:\n\nEarthwork and backfill.\n\nConcrete and/or grout placement.\n\nReceiving inspections.\n\nUnderground and above ground component placement.\n\nM&TE calibration and usage.\n\nWelding consumables control.\n\nWeld inspections and welder qualifications.\n\nWeld tracking and mapping, including any \"Red line/ As Built\" drawings.\n\nCoordinates with client's QA, any testing or hold points they are required to be involved with.\n\nCoordinates with sub contracted NDE and specialty testing personnel of future tests required.\n\nInvolved with and/ or coordinate testing to assure compliance.\n\nPrepares final documentation for turnover package(s).\n\nNOTE: when multiple inspectors are needed (due to size of project or various shifts) a Lead will be appointed to assist with tracking, coordinate testing and organize the documents given by the other inspectors.\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer\n\nStevens Engineers & Constructors, Inc., is an equal opportunity employer.
