Senior Property AccountantLocation: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX (Onsite)Employment Type: Full-TimeSalary: $95,000 – $125,000 About the RoleWe are hiring a Senior Property Accountant to manage full-cycle accounting and financial reporting for a commercial real estate portfolio. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who can work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate, audit-ready financials.ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle month-end close across assigned propertiesPrepare and post journal entries (accruals, reclasses, prepaids, depreciation)Perform bank, loan, and intercompany reconciliationsMaintain depreciation schedules and WIP trackingConduct General Ledger (GL) review and variance analysisEnsure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reportingPartner with internal teams to resolve discrepanciesRequirementsYardi Voyager experience (required)3–5+ years of commercial property accounting experienceStrong experience with full-cycle month-end closeSolid understanding of debits/credits and journal entriesExperience with:Bank & loan reconciliationsIntercompany accounting (due-to/due-from)Accruals, prepaids, and depreciationIntermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary + guaranteed annual bonus (CPI-based)Annual salary increases based on performance (paid each April)Strong long-term growth opportunity within a stable organization
