The Developer's key responsibility will be ensuring the accuracy and integrity of payroll data through rigorous testing and validation processes and compliance with the customer's policies and legal regulations.\r\nResponsibilities: Writing basic queries\r\nCreate or update data conversion programs\r\nRun payrolls for comparison/reconciliation testing\r\nCreate comprehensive test plans\r\nData Analytics and Validation - verify the accuracy of employee data, pay rates, and deductions. Reconcile pay results between systems\r\nRegression Testing - ensure that new code or changes do not introduce errors into existing payroll functionality\r\nProblem Solving - identify, analyze, and resolve issues or discrepancies in payroll data or processes; categorize variances\r\nConduct peer reviews on other teammates' configurations and code to ensure accuracy and alignment with the overall architecture and design.
