(SI) is a contracted implementation consulting firm performing work at Hill AFB in Utah. The ideal candidate will have both functional and technical knowledge. We are always looking for motivated, energetic people who want to learn and grow with our business. This is not a remote position.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProvide user support for the ERP system across all areas within the squadron/group\nEngage daily with internal and external customers to ensure correct priorities are being worked\nPossess an in-depth understanding of ERP processes and the impact of system transactions\nAnalyze configuration change requests and propose alternate resolutions when necessary\nConduct system tests to ensure system functionality and process compliance\nMaintain knowledge and clear understanding of all system changes\nEffectively communicate changes and updates to all relevant parties\nParticipate in software testing and proof of concept activities\nContribute to process improvements events\nProvide training and guidance on configuration processes, tools, and best practices\nIdentify and analyze issues to resolve conventional problems of increasing efficiency and productivity\nGather and consolidate appropriate data according to prescribed time frames\nConduct analysis and prepare reports, spreadsheets, graphs, templates, and briefing charts for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports\nPerform any additional duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and organization\n\nRequired Skills and Education:\n\nBachelor's degree or 7 years of relevant experience\nExperience in configuration management, including knowledge of industry standards and best practices\nDetail-oriented and able to work well under pressure\nExcellent communication skills\nAbility to interact with people\nMust have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nMust have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications\nU.S. Citizen\nAbility to work on-site at Hill Air Force Base\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nExperience with SQL\nStrong technical writing skills\n\nSI offers the following benefits to employees when eligible:\n\nCompetitive compensation based on qualifications and experience\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance supplemented by SI\nSupplemental insurance options\n401k matching\nHoliday pay\nVacation and Sick pay\nBonus program\nEmployee development program\n\nSI does not offer relocation expenses.
