We use immersive curriculum, real-time progress monitoring, restorative practices, and human-centered design to transform behavior and well-being, empowering students to return to their home schools equipped to thrive.\nJob Summary: The Executive Program Director is a senior leader responsible for the comprehensive oversight and successful implementation of the Highfive Lab therapeutic learning program. This role ensures the fidelity of therapeutic and academic interventions, manages daily operations, supervises a multidisciplinary staff, and acts as the primary liaison with all key stakeholders, including district leadership, home schools, families, and community partners.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProgram Oversight & Fidelity:\nOversee all aspects of the Highfive Lab program, ensuring adherence to its trauma-informed, restorative, and evidence-based model.\nMaintain fidelity to the established program framework, curriculum, and therapeutic supports.\nLead continuous program improvement through data review and feedback mechanisms.\nStaff Supervision & Development:\nSupervise and provide biweekly one-on-one coaching and supervision to all Highfive Lab staff\nLead weekly team meetings to review student cases, problem-solve challenges, and foster a collective learning environment.\nOversee and participate in extensive initial and ongoing professional development for all program staff.\nStakeholder Collaboration & Communication:\nCoordinate and lead all meetings with stakeholders, including bi-weekly Family Circles & Reviews, monthly data reviews with district counselors, and transition meetings with home schools.\nServe as the primary liaison with district leadership, home schools, and community partners to ensure seamless integration and support for students.\nFacilitate Parent Universities to embed program strategies into the home environment.\nOperational Management:\nManage daily operations of the Highfive Lab site(s).\nEnsure a low student-to-staff ratio is maintained to preserve individualized support.\nMonitor program and student progress using Highfive tools (DNA, Curriculum, Highfive Classroom) and other tracking mechanisms.\nProject and budget oversight and management.\nCollaborate in the development and refinement of program handbooks, reporting structures, and operational guidelines to ensure fidelity and effective implementation.\nCommunity Engagement:\nLead at least one community engagement event to engage the Appo Community\nCoordinate learning opportunities for Appo Community stakeholders\nLogistics :\nWorking hours follow the regular school day schedule of the assigned school site within the Appoquinimink School District.\nLaptop will be provided by district with district and Highfive access for resources\nThe director will have an office at one of the two sites.\nQualifications:\n5+ years experience in a leadership role within an educational, therapeutic, or juvenile justice setting, preferably with trauma-informed and restorative practices knowledge.\nStrong alignment and commitment to the Highfive Lab's core components and service delivery model.\nExcellent leadership, supervisory, and communication skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.\nStrong communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills.\nSeniority level Seniority level Director\nEmployment type Employment type Contract\nJob function Job function Business Development and Sales\nIndustries Software Development\nReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at HighFive by 2x\nSign in to set job alerts for “Executive Program Director” roles.
