Our client is a collegial, boutique insurance defense firm seeking a skilled Mid- to Senior-level associate to join their growing team. This position requires a minimum of four (4) years experience in insurance defense litigation.The successful candidate will have the ability to independently handle files and client interactions from \"day one\".Professional experience should include:litigation experience in: Commercial General Liability (CGL), Property, Torts, New York Labor Law (NYLL)excellent writing and presentation skills.ability to run and manage files with limited supervisiondemonstrable experience independently taking depositions.courtroom and trial experience considered a plusCurrent admission to the New York State Bar and experience litigating in New York courts is required.The Firm promotes flexibility and this position can be Remote or Hybrid remote for the right individual.All inquiries will be held in confidence.
