Working in a team atmosphere to encompass a smooth flow across all operations.\n\nPrimary Skills and Responsibilities\n\nThe CMM Programmer portion of the roleis responsible for creating, testing and maintaining inspection programs that operate and control CMM machines in accordance with production standards.\n\nStrong understanding of CNC programming, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, and quality inspection processes.\n\nCMM Operation/and program (Manual and DCC machines, CMM Manager software).\n\nParticipate in APQP process as needed in gage and fixture design, develop quick change process for CMMs.\n\nQuality inspection checks 1st piece, hourly, final, last piece, backward recall on non-conforming product and implementing non-conforming product hold tags.\n\nMaintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.\n\nMaintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.\n\nMaintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.\n\nSupport day-to-day quality and production deliverables and initiatives.
