Software Engineer

We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join the founding team to own the core agent and data systems development. This is an intense role that will be fun for the right person. You will have a lot of autonomy and build across the stack.Who You AreYou’re a Software Engineer who has a strong grasp on building systems and handling large amounts of data, with a desire to get hands-on with advanced AI/ML work.What You’ll BuildImplement the core agent architecture (state, tools, workflows, evaluations)Lead the infrastructure development on AWS / GCP and other cloud providersContribute across both the backend and frontend of the productDesign and maintain data ingestion pipelines that turn messy inputs into structured, usable contextIntegrate LLMs, embeddings, and retrieval infrastructure into production systemsBuild guardrails, evals, and observability to ensure reliability, performance, and cost controlWork closely with founders and product to translate real user needs into shipped functionalityYou likely have:3+ years of experience as a backend, platform, or infrastructure engineerStrong fundamentals in data structures, APIs, async systems, and distributed servicesExperience building production data pipelines, ETL systems, or search/retrieval infrastructureStrong capability working with Python and TypeScript in productionIdeal to have:Experience in a startup building a productBackground in developer tools, infra, or technical productsExperience handling unstructured or domain-specific data
