Our comprehensive offering includes:\naffordable medical, dental, and vision care\nflexible spending accounts\nlife insurance\n401k with company match and much, much more\nJob Description Essential Job Functions Organize daily or weekly work plans for each shift and ensure tasks are completed as scheduled.\nPrioritize tasks and allocate resources to maximize benefits to the company.\nEstablish and uphold standards for safety, craftsmanship, and skill levels.\nCollaborate with other departments in advance to minimize disruptions to facility operations.\nMaintain detailed knowledge of ongoing jobs by regularly inspecting work firsthand, rather than relying solely on secondhand reports.\nKeep management informed about the maintenance department's performance and challenges.\nEnsure maintenance work is completed on time, within budget, and safely.\nCollaborate with job planners to understand and prepare for upcoming workloads.\nMentor maintenance teams, ensuring work is done correctly, and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.\nAdvocate for business process improvements, seeking smarter and more efficient ways to complete maintenance tasks.\nDelegate urgent or unplanned tasks to appropriate team members and ensure their safe and effective completion.\nApply a strong understanding of hydraulics to maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic systems and equipment within the facility.\nExhibit ethical behavior and judgment, avoiding the management of family members, friends, or acquaintances.\nEnsure that all team members, including yourself, follow safe work practices for every job and are properly trained in company policies before performing tasks.\nDeliverables Timely completion and implementation of projects.\nAchieve goals and objectives relating to cost and timing.\nAchieve project expectation and requirements for all elements of PPAP, QS9000 and other elements relating to product launch.\nOverall housekeeping of maintenance and production areas.\nEfficient supply and distribution of utilities including water, steam, electricity, natural gas, compressed air and waste disposal.\nQualifications Associate’s degree with mechanical or electrical technology preferred or equivalent experience.\nFive or more years of related experience including supervisor in the maintenance area.\nIf you enjoy innovation, and an opportunity to learn and contribute to a growing organization, CSP is the place for you!
