This role is ideal for someone with strong Oracle database expertise, GoldenGate experience, and a passion for maintaining high-performance, reliable systems while collaborating across technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.What You'll Do:Manage, monitor, and maintain enterprise Oracle database environments and GoldenGate configurationsAnalyze database performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategiesSupport database reliability, availability, capacity planning, and disaster recovery initiativesTroubleshoot and resolve database incidents, performance issues, and replication challengesDevelop and maintain SQL queries, scripts, and automation solutions to improve operational efficiencyCollaborate with application teams, developers, and stakeholders to support business and technical requirementsCreate and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and system standardsParticipate in on-call rotations and proactively address production issues to minimize downtimeLead or contribute to database-related projects, upgrades, migrations, and system enhancementsEnsure compliance with enterprise standards, security policies, and database best practicesWhat You Bring:Experience supporting and administering Oracle Databases in enterprise environmentsHands-on experience with Oracle GoldenGate replication and monitoringStrong knowledge of SQL development, query tuning, and performance optimizationExperience with Unix/Linux operating systems and shell scriptingBackground in database monitoring, capacity planning, backup/recovery, and troubleshootingAbility to analyze complex technical issues and implement effective solutionsStrong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience working collaboratively across infrastructure, application, and development teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment📍Location: 1310 Point Street in Baltimore, MD 21231 (Onsite)💵Salary: $65 - $67/hrIf you have an interest in the Onsite – Oracle Database Administrator / Business Systems Analyst, please apply now!Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
