This part-time position is ideal for someone who already has a full-time job and is looking to supplement their income. The Cleaning Technician will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in commercial facilities, ensuring a safe, sanitary, and professional environment for employees, clients, and visitors.A background check will be required prior to employment.Work ScheduleDays: Monday – SaturdayHours: After 5:00 PMKey ResponsibilitiesRestroomsDaily cleaning and sanitizing of toilets, urinals, sinks, partitions, mirrors, and floors.Empty and clean trash bins, replace liners, and restock supplies.Disinfect high-touch points and scrub stains/scale as needed.Offices, Hallways & Common AreasDaily vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of all floor surfaces.Clean and disinfect desks, furniture, fixtures, telephones, and door handles.Clean interior glass surfaces, windows, and partitions.Remove trash and non-hazardous waste daily.General Floor CareDaily sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping.Perform strip & wax, top scrub, and burnishing as scheduled.Report any leaking faucets, clogged drains, or maintenance issues.QualificationsPrevious janitorial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.Must be able to work evenings and weekends.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow set cleaning procedures.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. xmcpwfuGood time-management skills to complete tasks within scheduled hours.
