The CSP engineering role contributes to the Corvette GT3 program with exposure to internal stakeholders, external customers, and vehicle/system development in various capacities.\r\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\r\nExternal Customer Vehicle and Championship Support\r\nAct as the main point of contact for vehicle operation and customer support\r\nSupport teams with vehicle operation and service through use of internal documentation, tool sets, and knowledge base including but not limited to:\r\nPublished vehicle support documentation\r\nDocumentation and tracking tools for reviewing support requests and issue tracking\r\nVehicle configuration and mileage tracking\r\nPre-event support and shop-based preparation to assist customers with vehicle operation and configuration recommendations through:\r\nGeneration and distribution of pre-event report documentation\r\nTracking and communication of recommended vehicle hardware and software updates and status\r\nGeneration of internal event preparation documentation\r\nChampionship rules, regulations, and series update tracking\r\nParticipation/organization of meetings to review above mentioned information\r\nAt-event support of tracking vehicle operation through:\r\nVehicle data processing and information distribution\r\nMonitoring of critical vehicle system performance\r\nTracking customer hardware, performance, and functional related feedback for customer and internal use\r\nTools, systems, and simulation support throughout event\r\nParticipation/organization of meetings to collaborate or review program level performance, hardware or operational objectives\r\nPost event support to advance customer and program level understanding and development\r\nDocumentation and reporting of performance and hardware operation or issues\r\nDerive program level objectives and deliverable from at-event learnings\r\nParticipation/organization of meetings to review above mentioned information\r\nInternal Program Support\r\nContributing to vehicle development initiatives\r\nVehicle setup/performance\r\nVehicle hardware integration\r\nGeneral subsystem development\r\nIn-person support of offsite testing\r\nTools and process development to aid in the above listed tasks\r\nSimulation support\r\nBaseline vehicle model correlation and specific event performance sensitivity generation\r\nDevelopment content generation for specific test events or larger scale development programs\r\nIn-person support of offsite testing for either internal or customer support of DiL testing\r\nProgram reporting and documentation\r\nMaintain and develop reporting documentation and process for event and engineering level projects\r\nRegularly lead discussion with internal teams on program specific assigned tasks\r\nTeam Member Interactions\r\nThis role will interface heavily with our primary supplier and customer base.
