Their solutions enable clients to make informed, predictive decisions that enhance performance and reduce environmental impact.Position OverviewThe Regional Quality Manager serves as the primary authority for all quality-related matters within the region. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with quality processes, managing audits, overseeing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and driving continuous improvement initiatives.This individual will lead quality efforts across systems and operations, manage regional quality resources, and proactively identify risks to ensure high standards, reliability, and overall performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive quality standards, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives across regional operationsAssess risks within processes, testing, and release management; intervene and escalate as needed to prevent failuresLead and develop regional quality personnel to ensure high performance and successful execution of key initiativesConduct regular process audits and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce cost of quality, and close gapsOversee root cause analysis for process failures and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actionsManage CAPA processes, ensuring proper documentation, ownership, and resolutionAddress customer concerns and ensure timely delivery of non-conformance reports (NCRs)Communicate risks, trends, and lessons learned through regular updates, quality alerts, and team meetingsLead internal and external audits (including customer and certification audits) and ensure successful outcomesQualificationsISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification requiredStrong proficiency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plusExperience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma or similar)Familiarity with relevant industry standards (e.g., API standards, integrity management frameworks) preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role, preferably within industrial or energy-related sectorsProven experience conducting and leading quality auditsExperience within inspection services, engineering services, or infrastructure-related industries is preferredWhat’s OfferedStrong long-term career growth and advancement opportunitiesExposure to innovative technologies and dynamic project environmentsCompetitive compensation packageFlexible and collaborative work environment
