irregular hours; nights; weekends; and holidays\r\nQualifications and Job Requirements\r\nEducation\r\nRequired – High school diploma or equivalent\r\nPreferred – Advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related fields\r\nExperience\r\nAt least three years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred)\r\nExperience running a restaurant shift without supervision\r\nExperience recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and managing employees\r\nKnowledge/Skills\r\nKnowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws (e.g., wage and hour laws;
