Candidates must be adept at leveraging AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, Amazon Q Developer) to accelerate delivery, while applying strict human oversight to validate, secure, and maintain complex enterprise code.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nWrite, review, and refactor Java (Spring Boot) back-end and Angular front-end code.\nUse AI tools to generate boilerplate, write unit tests, and perform application modernization tasks.\nEnsure AI-generated outputs strictly adhere to security, AWS cloud architecture, and PostgreSQL database standards.\nManually review, debug, and optimize code to prevent integration issues and low-quality abstractions.\n\nThe position would be located at a government facility in Chantilly, VA and require work to be performed onsite. Any hybrid work schedule would require customer approval. The government has established policies for on-site vs hybrid work which varies across divisions and contracts. Where allowed, remote work must be coordinated with the team lead and/or government POC, ensuring there is zero interruption with the delivery of our services.\n\nThe annual base salary range for this position is $114,000 – $140,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
