Marketing Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, designing, executing, and analyzing of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social and print.
Content Creation: Write and edit engaging content for blogs, social media, and other marketing materials.
Website Management and Updates: Perform regular content updates, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia elements to ensure the company’s website is up-to-date, secure, and fully functional.
Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and website traffic.
Social Media Management: Manage and monitor company social media accounts, including content creating, editing, scheduling and posting.
Public Relations: Oversee communication strategies that shape and maintain a positive public image for the organization like pitching stories to the media and crafting press releases.
Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows and company events, including employee holiday parties.
Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the company’s sales team to develop materials that find and nurture leads supporting the sales process.
Additional Responsibilities: Assist with various tasks, including file management, sales follow-up, and participation in the Employee Wellness Committee. Additionally, take charge of managing other projects and addressing other company needs as they arise.

Qualifications:
Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Skills:
Proficiency in Google Analytics, WordPress, Mailchimp, and Adobe Creative Suite as well as Microsoft Office products
Basic graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization
Experience with social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
