This position will only be working the overnight shift 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.\n\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\nOperate a multi-line switchboard as well as a computer-based softphone.\nAnswering and Transferring of calls for multiple Bally Corporation properties.\nAbility to process Room Services orders through POS.\nAnswering the phones and placing callers on hold in a professional and friendly manner.\nDistributing information to callers when necessary (i.e. harness, restaurants, slots and concert information).\n\nREQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION:\nThe physical qualifications listed below are general requirements for this position.
