This role will report onsite in Pewaukee, WI 53072.\n\nReporting directly to the General Manager, overseeing the financial matters of the organization. Develop and drive the organizational and financial strategy. Maintain and safeguard the company’s assets with regard to financial reports which accurately reflect the financial condition and ensure that proper internal controls and policies are coordinated with corporate policy.\n\nPrimary Duties and Responsibilities\nAct as strategic business partner to the executive leadership team and financial liaison with the holding company.\nCoordinate month-end close process and prepare monthly financial reports.\nMaintain standard costing system, including calculation of labor and overhead rates and variance analysis.\nDevelop pricing strategies, validate new business proposals and drive improvement to profit margins for existing parts.\nDevelop monthly operating forecasts and annual operating plan.\nServe as ERP lead, driving continuous improvement in systematic processes and reporting capabilities.\nReview and ensure application of appropriate internal controls, compliance and financial procedures.\nPerforms other duties as requested.\nEducation, Skills, and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting.
