The successful candidate will have the ability to multitask and work within specified deadlines along with a commitment to customer service and a safe work environment. Attention to detail, focus and the ability to communicate effectively are a must.\nWhat You'll Do:\nEnsuring inventory pricing, part numbers, and quantities are properly maintained through systems, applications, and processes.\nProviding cost-effective and beneficial support to the field operation through routine interaction, process adherence and strong communication.\nProvide support to leadership and the field operation in the effective evaluation of vehicles, sales tools, operational tools, and processes.\nSend and receive UPS shipments.\nMaintain stock status for stockroom.\nSort, organize and store inventory in the proper locations.\nEnsure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from aisles.\nEnsure necessary parts are available to maintain appropriate service levels.\nComplete re-stocks for technicians to maintain appropriate inventory levels on trucks.\nProvide excellent customer service and resolve issues that may arise.\nProcess incoming invoices.\nOrder equipment and manage purchase orders.\nWhat You'll Need:\nMinimum of 2 years of stockroom experience.\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nSuperior verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds.\nAbove-average computer skills, including the ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm and working knowledge of Excel.\nSuperior organizational skills, with a high degree of detail.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to interact professionally and courteously with people at all levels.\nAble to pass a drug test/background check.\nWhat You'll Get:\nWe offer a “Total Rewards” package including:\nCompetitive compensation with incentive eligibility\nMedical, dental, and vision coverage\nHSA/FSA programs\nCompany paid life and AD&D insurance.\nCompany paid short- and long-term disability.\nVoluntary benefit products.\n401k retirement savings plan after just 60 days.\n7 Company Holidays, plus 2 Floating holidays of your choice.\nPaid Time Off.\nTuition reimbursement.\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\nAbout Us:\nWe are one of the largest security integrators in the country and have proudly been installing innovative security and smart automation solutions in homes and businesses for more than 50 years.
