Candidates must be technically proficient and possess good interpersonal, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.\n\n**No sponsorship Available for this role**\n**Candidates must be local to Germantown, MD**\nKey responsibilities\nDevelop production scripts, tables, stored procedures, views and functions\nDevelop quality control for production/campaign tasks\nDevelop automated reporting\nSet up data warehousing metadata\nSet up new ETL feeds and QC as needed\nBuild initial data utilization routines\nExecute and maintain campaign universe preparation and suppression update, campaign selection, and campaign creative assignment scripts\nUnderstand the technical environment and data available within DataLab\nUnderstand account ‘s business objectives, terminology and business requirements\nUnderstand DataLab’s hygiene and matching process for data\nAd hoc code review, DB data audit, log audit, process replication, report generation, data extracts\nCreate process overviews, process flows, run notes and code notes\nProactively identify owned production processes that need enhancement\nTroubleshoot production processes\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in a STEM field\n2–3 years of relevant work experience\nStrong SQL skills\nProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)\nAbility to translate high-level instructions into an executable process flow\nStructured programming skills, including object-oriented design knowledge (C++ or Python experience a plus)\nDirect marketing experience or knowledge (a plus)\nStrong attention to detail, with solid documentation and organizational skills\nSelf-motivated, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment\nThe base pay range provided serves as a general guideline.
