Management may assign or reassignduties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation orother reasons.Performs set-up, sanitation, operation, and routine maintenance of Stick Pack andBartlet machine.Conducts on-going assessment of quality control and operational procedures.Constantly monitors the line making sure equipment is working properly andefficiently. Check for problems on the line, if a problem cannot be fixed, report toPackaging Manager immediately.Review packaging specifications and set up the machinery to match the specs foreach product.Review of line and adjacent areas to be sure of cleanliness and that nothing isobstructing the product and/or machinery. Utilize Clean and Dirty tags onmachinery as necessary.Review packaging, film, powder and advise supervisor of any quality issues that mayoccur.Comprehend the function and trouble shooting of each piece of equipment includingits capabilities and limitations.Complete production paperwork at the end of each product run and the end of eachday.Meet and/or exceed production goals and guidelines for the product being run.Clean and sanitize all equipment at the end of each run. Notify QC Technician forHygeina Swab test. Complete all cleaning logs as necessary.Understand and use machinery manuals to their full capacity when needed.Other duties may be included as needed.RESPONSIBILITIES:The individual (s) is responsible for complying with all rules and regulations in theEmployee Handbook and the Safety Manual (IIPP).The individual (s) is responsible for completing all of the above duties as requiredwithin the required time frame.Page 2 of 2The individual (s) must follow all SOPs, GMPs, Safety Rules and other State andIt is the responsibility of the individuals to communicate with his or her supervisorwhen and as necessary to complete their jobs as required.QUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma or equivalentTwo to four years related experience or equivalentPrior Machine Operation Experience Required.
