Sharepoint Developer

Overview: We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer & Administrator with a strong background in Microsoft products and integration. This role involves developing, maintaining, and supporting SharePoint sites, providing end-user support, and contributing to strategic planning for SharePoint integration with other Microsoft tools and services.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.Preferred Qualifications:Five (5) or more years of experience with:SharePoint development and system administration.Microsoft Power Apps integration, JavaScript, C#, SQL, and .NET frameworks.Key Responsibilities:SharePoint Integration & Development:Develop and support existing and planned SharePoint sites, strategies, frameworks, and standards.Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft products and workflows.Provide senior-level project strategic planning, technical development, and training support for SharePoint-related projects.End-User Support:Provide daily support for SharePoint applications, including troubleshooting issues and offering user training.Assist with account management, password resets, and access issues.Create and maintain user manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.Offer remote support and manage user feedback to enhance services.Ensure timely system updates and patch management.Development & Project Management:Analyze, design, and document new SharePoint sites as needed.Assist in creating a strategy and framework for the ongoing use and integration of SharePoint within the organization.Develop and deliver project presentations to senior and executive management.Track project progress, identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and facilitate resolution.Preferred Skills, Experience, & Capabilities:Enhancing and supporting daily use of SharePoint sites.Managing and tracking project progress and risks.Utilizing systems development methodologies and project management practices.Ability to:Communicate effectively with peers, end users, vendor staff, and management.Work effectively within a diverse IT environment.Assist with strategy and design of deliverables.Knowledge of:Integrating database capabilities within the SharePoint environment, including planning and framework development.
