They adhere to a loose agile process using a kanban board and an automated CI/CD pipeline. They’re a small team but deliver big results. They care about data engineering best practices and taking the time to balance immediate business needs with long‑term, technical costs.\n\nThe Stack\n\nELT development (Stitch, Firetran, DBT, Postgres)\n\nAnalytics/Reporting (Power BI/SQL)\n\nEmbedded Analytics (future state of environment using \"Good Data\")\n\nThought Spot utilized for external customer analytics\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nData Engineering\n\nDesign/Architecture of data structures and models\n\nCreate ELT process\n\nMaintain and build data analytics for internal and external customers\n\nWork directly with business units and Data Analytics Lead\n\nHelp envision how AI can integrate with external customer solutions\n\nWhat You Need\n\n4–7 years of experience working in data analytics utilizing robust modern technologies\n\nStrong grasp of computer science approaches to data solutions\n\nStrong relational database skills such as schema design, query building and optimization.\n\nAbility to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical people.\n\nHave excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nThrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment involving diverse stakeholders and subject matter experts.\n\nAbout WiredHive\nWiredHive is an Information Technology staffing and direct hire placement firm based in Dallas, TX.
