Job Title: Principal Strategy - Business Data AnalystSalary Range: $135K-$165K; 20% Bonus and Yearly Stock OptionsLocation: Dallas-Fort WorthBenefits: 401(k), Medical, Dental, Paid Maternity Leave, Paid Paternity Leave, DisabilityWe are looking to bring on a Principal Business Data Analyst to our growing Strategy division. What we will need is someone with 7+ years of Business Data experience in a 50/50 split capacity working with business stakeholders and understanding technical data analysis. This team will be working directly with leadership up to the C-Suite, so we will need someone who has experience doing that and is comfortable, confident, and presentable. Technically we will need someone with strong expertise in SQL, ETL, and SSIS packages for their enterprise environment. They will also need a strong proficiency in Databricks and other database management tools. From here they will be data modeling, developing data integrity, data automation and setting data governance. Reporting and data visualizations will be done in PBI and Tableau to present findings to leadership.Personality-wise we need someone who is skilled in business acumen and technically sound to consult with both sides of the business.
