If you thrive in a Part 145 environment and take pride in high-quality, compliant maintenance, we'd love to hear from you.Open PositionsLeonardo AW139 Helicopter Mechanic (Experience on type required)Due to expansion and the forecast of multiple 4-year inspections and completions on AW139s, we are looking for technicians with proven hands-on AW139 maintenance and inspection experience.AW139 experience on type is mandatory.Airbus H160 Helicopter Mechanic (Experience on type required)As Rotortrade increases its sales and customer support activity on the Airbus H160, we are growing our H160 capability within the MRO.H160 experience on type is mandatory.Aviation Maintenance Technician – Helicopter Mechanic (Part 145)You will perform inspections and heavy maintenance in an FAA Part 145 MRO environment.FAA A&P license preferred, not mandatory.Experience on Leonardo, Airbus, and/or Bell helicopters is highly advantageous.Key responsibilities include:Routine maintenance and inspections on helicoptersHeavy maintenance tasks as requiredWork closely with mechanics, avionics, sheetmetal, and composites teamsPerform inspections/repairs per maintenance procedures, ADs, SBs/SLs, and applicable FARsFlight line support: ground runs, leak checks, operational checksSupport pre- and post-maintenance check flightsTrack & balance experience preferredOccasional off-site work may be requiredAviation Maintenance Technician – AvionicsTo support forecasted completions and heavy modification projects, we are hiring experienced avionics technicians with strong troubleshooting skills.Helicopter experience is a plus. Completions experience is advantageous.Key responsibilities include:Install and troubleshoot avionics and electrical systemsFabricate/install wiring harnesses; perform heavy modification workAntenna/coax installation; wire termination; soldering to standard practicesElectrical harness continuity and power checksGround operational testing and inspectionsSupport pre/post test flightsPerform 91.411–91.413 tests/certifications (as applicable)Working knowledge of autopilot systems and basic avionics test equipmentAbility to interpret blueprints and wiring diagramsAviation Maintenance Technician – Sheetmetal / CompositesTo support aircraft modification and completions activity, we are recruiting sheetmetal technicians with experience in sheetmetal fabrication and composite repairs/alterations.Helicopter experience is a plus.
