Salary: $49,421.00 - $55,000.00 Annually Location : McCaskey JP Hs, PA Job Type: Full-Time Job Number: 25-2600244 Department: Food Services Jpm Division: HR Generalist 1 KD Opening Date: 05/22/2026 Closing Date: 6/5/2026 11:59 PM Eastern Description Job Summary/Objective: Facilitate and ensure healthy, safe, and nutritious meals are being offered and served to all Satellite Schools according to Government guidelines and regulations. Reports to: Director of Food Services Supervises: Satellite Food Service Associate; Satellite Food Service Team Leader; Food Service Floater Essential and Marginal Functions Essential Functions/Duties: The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:Oversee daily satellite food service operations, including production, record-keeping, inventory, sanitation, conflict resolution, and staffing.Provide mentoring and support to satellite staff to improve performance and outcomes.Manage staff attendance, payroll processes, and employee relations.Support operations through a hands-on approach, filling in as needed.Prepare production records in compliance with PDE regulations and monitor all food safety inspections and documentation.Submit work orders for equipment or facility repairs as required.Develop templates and production records for the afternoon snack program.Monitor counting and claiming procedures for breakfast, lunch, and snack programs.Utilize approved food service software.Conduct meal and menu surveys and collaborate with the Food Service leadership team to increase students' meal participation.Assist with summer program implementation, including menu development and menu software updates. * Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
