The FSR is fully trained in Order Fulfillment, Receiving, Quality Assurance, Shipping, and Material Handling, allowing them to provide coverage wherever business needs dictate.\n\nThe FSR serves as a designated operational resource capable of supporting multiple departments, operating powered industrial equipment, completing inventory replenishment, and providing temporary coverage during staffing vacancies. In addition, the FSR serves as a peer leader and ambassador by assisting with the onboarding and development of new associates through effective on-the-job training, coaching, and reinforcement of standard operating procedures.\n\nThe FSR position is designed to improve operational flexibility, reduce downtime caused by staffing vacancies, ensure consistent weekend replenishment coverage, and strengthen new hire onboarding through peer mentorship.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nGeneral Responsibilities\n\nBecome fully cross-trained and maintain proficiency in Order Fulfillment, Receiving, Shipping, Quality Assurance, Inventory Control, and Material Handling functions.\nProvide operational support across all warehouse functions based on daily business needs.\nAssemble, pick, pack, verify, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.\nReceive, inspect, verify, and process inbound materials and supplies.\nOperate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.\nServe as the designated certified forklift operator during weekend operations to ensure replenishment activities are completed safely and efficiently.\nDeliver materials to production and warehouse locations while maintaining inventory accuracy.\nSafely load, unload, transport, stack, and store materials using approved material handling methods.\nPerform inventory replenishment, cycle counts, inventory verification, and stock rotation activities.\nUtilize RF scanners, warehouse management systems, and inventory tracking software to complete daily transactions.\nVerify Bills of Lading, packing lists, shipping documentation, and receiving paperwork.\nMaintain shipment logs, inventory records, and production documentation as required.\nAssist with physical inventories and inventory reconciliation.\nConduct pre-use inspections and daily safety checks on powered industrial equipment.\nMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all CBPS safety policies and OSHA requirements.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.\n\nOperational Support Responsibilities\n\nProvide temporary coverage for operational vacancies until replacements are hired and fully onboarded.\nAdjust assigned work schedule as needed to align with operational coverage requirements during vacancies. Whenever possible, a minimum of two weeks' notice will be provided prior to any temporary schedule change.\nSupport multiple shifts and departments as operational demands require.\nServe as a flexible operational resource capable of performing the essential duties of multiple warehouse positions.\nMaintain flexibility to support changing priorities, staffing needs, and business requirements.\n\nPeer Leadership Responsibilities\n\nServe as a peer leader and ambassador for the warehouse team.\nPartner with supervisors to assist in onboarding newly hired associates.\nReinforce standard operating procedures, quality expectations, and safe work practices through on-the-job coaching.\nPromote teamwork, accountability, and a positive safety culture.\nAssist in developing cross-training opportunities to improve workforce flexibility.\nProvide guidance and support to associates learning new job functions.\nQualifications:\nHigh school Diploma or equivalent\nMinimum 1 year of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or production experience\nExperienced operating power tool equipment including but not limited to cherry picker, reach truck, pallet jack, etc.\nPrevious experience with material handling is required\nWorking knowledge of scanning equipment, internal database tracking system, dollies and carts\nBasic computer skills\nExcellent customer service, professional attitude and appearance are a must\nAbility to work overtime & meet deadlines\n\nPhysical Demands\n\nPhysical activity required including bending, reaching, lifting and prolonged periods of sitting or standing\n\nMay lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.\n\nExperience operating power tool equipment\n\nIf required to operate a forklift, must be forklift certified and be able to use
