Three years’ experience preferred.\n\nExperience in working in integrated teams.\n\nExperience in design and delivery of LEED Silver or higher projects.\n\nExperience with architecturally significant buildings is a plus.\n\nExperience with potential project types in commercial, corporate, institutional and civic, justice, aviation, and healthcare sectors is a plus.\n\nMechanical: Experience with analysis tools and energy modeling for mechanical design.\n\nElectrical: Experience with analysis tools and energy modeling for electrical design.\n\nStructural: Experience with complex analysis tools for structural design.\n\nExperience in the design of structural systems for small complex buildings.\n\nRequired Software & Skills\nMany of our roles require the use of specific software. The reasonably expected salary range for this position is $83,000 to $105,000.
